About Us

The Unspoken Ministry (TUM) is a non-government humanitarian organizations founded in 2014 that deals with Deaf people. We initiated a humanitarian action for the Deaf people in Indonesia to promote inclusive atmosphere where Deaf people and hearing people are equally treated in social community.

Our Vision
A society without communication barrier where Deaf and hearing people contribute equally to create better and safer environment for a living whereby treating each other with honor and dignity.

Our Mission
Is to break down barriers between Deaf & hearing society by providing information, supports, education and trainings to both Deaf and hearing people to give access to Deaf people, improve their independency, support equality, promote inclusion and empower Deaf society in Indonesia.

Our Aims
We aim to:
1. Provide access to information and services
2. Promote social inclusion and participation in society
3. Increase live safety and independency of Deaf people
4. Promote Deaf cultural awareness
5. Improve Deaf physical and mental health and well-being of both Deaf people and people dealing with Deaf people

Our services are given to Deaf people, Hard of Hearing people, hearing people with Deaf children, Deaf relatives, care giver, professional and government.
